This was a super great idea to add some major impact to your party, for very little cash! I purchased
6 plastic table clothes at the dollar store (2 of each color). Bunched up one side of the table cloth and pinned it to the center of the ceiling. On the other end, I spread out the table cloth and hammered a nail in each side. Once all of the clothes are hung, attach some colorful balloons and ribbon in the middle (hanging down), to bring it all together. Total cost around $8!
